And we’d be thrilled to have you join us!What You Will Do To Help Drive Energy TransitionAs an HR Advisor, you will provide our managers and employees with advice and support on all HR-related issues.You will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks from joining to leaving our employees.You will be responsible for coordinating onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding.You will be responsible for the careful creation and maintenance of HR master data within the SAP SuccessFactors system.Project-related tasks are a challenging and interesting change from your day-to-day work and you like to be proactive.What You Will Need On That JourneyYou already have several years of professional experience in HR.You have extensive knowledge of Egyptian labor law and payrollYou are open-minded towards process optimization and master the tasks at hand with your organizational talent, your team spirit and your solution-oriented way of workingYou have a high sense of responsibility and discretion is also a matter of course for you.You are a strong communicator, can adapt well to different interlocutors and are service-oriented.Fluency in both English and Arabic are essential.
