Surrey and Borders Partnership are looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a fixed term contract.Your role will be to provide the Division with responsive advice on any issues which have Human Resources implications. These will include organisational change and employee relations.Please note that the interview process will consist of two parts: a case study and a face-to-face interview.Suitable for someone who has the capability and drive to provide sound HR advice to a Division recognising the challenges they face. You will work with the HR Business Partner to ensure the Division is operating lawfully and respecting the values of our organisation in managing their workforce to ensure the provision of high quality services.Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.We actively seek to engage people who use our services and our communities in improving the mental wellbeing of the local population.
