As a Learning & Development Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in helping our colleagues grow, develop, and deliver exceptional care every day.If you’re organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting others to reach their potential, this is your opportunity to be part of a team that values commitment, compassion, and collaboration.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support within our Learning & Development function, helping us deliver high-quality training and professional development opportunities across the organisation.Learning Management System (LMS) AdministrationMaintain and update our Learning Management System (Your Hippo)Create and manage user accounts, learning pathways, and training contentGenerate and analyse reports on course completion, compliance, and engagementTroubleshoot system issues and liaise with providers to implement improvementsInduction CoordinationSupport the delivery of new starter inductions, ensuring employees are enrolled in the right courses and have access to essential learning materialsUpload and schedule onboarding content and monitor completion ratesASC-WDS Data ManagementAccurately manage workforce data on ASC-WDS and HR systemsCoordinate with HR and operational teams to maintain accurate staff recordsMonitor data completeness, compliance, and support annual submissions to Skills for CareLearning Material & Content SupportAssist in creating and preparing training materials, presentations, and digital resourcesCollaborate with the L&D team on e-learning design and development projectsTraining LogisticsBook and coordinate face-to-face training sessionsCommunicate training details to delegates, including joining instructions and pre-course informationQuery Handling & Inbox ManagementRespond to L&D queries from colleagues and managersManage the central Learning & Development inbox, providing first-line support and escalating complex queries where neededReporting & Data CollationCollate and prepare training statistics and feedback for the Director of PeopleEnsure all data is accurate, timely, and clearly presentedWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent support.RequirementEssentialDesirableEducation/Qualifications GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 in English & Maths✅ Work Experience/Skills Experience in an administrative role (ideally within HR or L&D)✅ Experience with LMS platforms and ASC-WDS ✅Excellent written and verbal communication skills✅ Special Attributes Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail✅ Understanding of L&D processes in social care or similar ✅Experience coordinating training or managing logistics ✅Familiarity with e-learning design tools or content platforms ✅Ability to collate and present data for reporting ✅Why Choose Aspirations CareWe believe in taking care of the people who care for others.
