And our rapid growth means the organisation feels fast-moving, constantly changing, so there’s opportunity to make a difference and influence the right change.About The RoleYou will play an integral role in supporting HR Business Partnering function and advancing HR project initiatives.Responsibilities IncludePartner with HR Business Partners to deliver day-to-day support for key stakeholders across the businessAssist with employee relations activities, including preparing documents and scheduling meetingsCollaborate in workforce planning efforts, offering strategic insights and support for staffing needsCollect, analyse, and present data that informs decision-making on workforce trends Assist with the implementation and execution of key HR projects aligned with business goalsBuild and maintain dashboards for key HR metrics in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BIEnsure data accuracy and consistency across multiple HR platforms Please noteWe do not offer hybrid/remote working for this positionThe start date is June for a 6 month’s internshipOur internship programme connects academic theory with practical experience. Join us for a transformative journey where theory meets application, guided by the industry’s best minds!About YouWe seek enthusiastic candidates with the following skills and attributes:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related fieldFamiliarity with HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relationsBasic understanding of HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Tableau, or Power BI)Experience or interest in managing projects with measurable outcomesStrong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Working Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting etc for data organization and analysis)Ability to work successfully both independently and within teamsComfortable working in ambiguous environmentsWorking for usJoin our internship programme to jumpstart your career.
