Our client is a leading Consumer organisation, and a globally loved brand.Reporting into the MD, the Human Resources Director position leads the development and implementation of strategic objectives related to the management of people. This role is accountable for driving the HR strategy across all aspects of the HR function including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement & culture transformation, compensation & benefits, budgeting and work health & safety/wellbeing .ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing HR strategy and Business Partnering, Talent acquisition, Employee Career Development, Succession planning & Retention programs, Training and Leadership development, Compensation & Benefit, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting, and Workplace Safety & Health programsFunction as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management teamDevelop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organizationOversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talentQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or managementManaging and developing a team of professional HR generalists and COE team membersPrior experience working in F&B, Consumer Retail, Luxury Goods, or Hospitality industry is essentialStrong capability in organisational development, transformation and developing organisational culture, demonstrated ability in building and developing stakeholder relationships and extensive experience in formulating and implementing HR strategies aligned to business imperatives is essentialCandidate must have demonstrated experience in employee relations, employee engagement, coaching/development, compensation, benefits and reward.
