Our strategic offices in the Philippines and partnerships with international agents ensure our services' cost-efficiency, speed, and reliability.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site position. The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for managing the general HR including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies on a day-to-day basis.The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player and will have solid experience and capabilities in human resources management. 1.Manage and implement the company’s recruitment process (end-to-end).Create the company’s recruitment funnel using different channels such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.Identify and screen talent according to the company’s requirements, conduct telephone screening with candidates to assess the qualification of profilesWork with internal stakeholders to arrange/conduct interviews and update management on recruitment progress.2.Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of the company’s HR processes, including but not limited to:Company’s HR HandbookAdmin Policies and Processes3.Assist in the implementation of HRIS software/system, which includes (but not limited to):TimekeepingPayrollBenefits administrationPerformance reviewsHR Data Analytics/ Reporting4.Ensure the company’s legal compliance in all human resources-related policies, processes, and practices5.Manage staff training and development6.Conduct employee performance reviews7.Develop Employee Engagement Programs8.Provide staff support wherever needed QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in an HR Manager role.College degree in human resources management (preferred, but not required) Knowledge of/experience with Philippine labor lawsGood communication skillsExcellent emotional intelligenceExcellent decision-making skillsCollaboration skillsDigital skills
