Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Learning and Development Specialist based in Metro Manila. The specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employees' skills and professional development. The role involves identifying training needs, collaborating with various departments to create learning strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth. The HR Learning and Development Specialist will maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in HR to support the overall development of employees. Qualifications Proficient in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practicesExperienced in HR Policies and Employee BenefitsSkilled in Personnel Management and employee developmentStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsExposure to learning management systems or training platforms is a plusExperience in the motorcycle or automotive industry is an advantage
