Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Learning and Development Specialist based in Metro Manila. The specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employees' skills and professional development. The role involves identifying training needs, collaborating with various departments to create learning strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth. The HR Learning and Development Specialist will maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in HR to support the overall development of employees.
