Work Schedule: Full-time, Onsite (6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM)The HR Assistant Recruitment will support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to preparing endorsement reports. The role covers job ad creation, paper screening, initial interviews, and coordination with external partners such as PESO and LGUs. The position also requires proficiency in Google Sheets for applicant tracking, reporting, and recruitment analytics. This role suits a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills and creativity in employer branding.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment ProcessDraft, post, and update job advertisements on multiple recruitment channels.Conduct paper screening of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.Administer initial interviews to assess candidate suitability before endorsement.Prepare applicant endorsement reports for submission to hiring managers.Schedule and coordinate interviews, exams, and pre-employment requirements.Maintain timely and professional communication with applicants throughout the process.Job Ads & BrandingCreate visually engaging job postings using Canva or similar design tools.Ensure all job ads are aligned with company branding and tailored to target applicants.External CoordinationCollaborate with Public Employment Service Offices (PESO) and Local Government Units (LGUs) on recruitment programs.Represent the company in job fairs, career caravans, and other recruitment-related events.Build partnerships with schools, training institutions, and community-based organizations.Data & ReportingUse Google Sheets to manage applicant trackers, recruitment pipelines, and hiring reports.Apply basic formulas (SUM, COUNT, IF, VLOOKUP, etc.) for monitoring recruitment metrics.Prepare periodic recruitment reports and dashboards for HR management review.Administrative TasksSupport new hire onboarding and initial orientation.Assist in other HR-related tasks and special projects as assigned.QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR support.Skilled in paper screening, initial interviews, and preparing applicant endorsement reports.Proficient in Canva (or equivalent) for job ad design.Knowledgeable in using Google Sheets with basic formulas for data tracking and reporting.Familiarity with various job posting sites (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Workabroad, etc.).Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Amenable to report onsite, 6 days a week (9:00 AM 6:00 PM).Willing to travel occasionally for job fairs and recruitment events.
