Key ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAct as a strategic partner to Project Managers and Operations Leaders within our BPO delivery teams, ensuring consistent and effective people management practices across projects. Serve as the primary HR contact for 2–3 Project Managers (depending on project size), providing expert guidance on all people-related matters.Translate organizational and HR strategies into actionable plans for assigned project teams.Use data and insights to identify people trends and recommend targeted interventions to improve performance, engagement, and retention.Cascade and ensure consistent execution of core HR processes and programs (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, recognition, and career development initiatives).Act as the process owner for HR within assigned projects—identifying issues, coordinating solutions, and ensuring timely resolution.Support Project Managers through all performance management phases, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning.Coach and enable leaders to adopt effective people management practices and lead high-performing teams.Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver targeted training and capability-building initiatives for project teams.Contribute to broader HR projects and organizational programs as required.Must-Have Qualifications/ExperienceWHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEEDBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.5 years and above experience in HR Business Partnering or generalist HR roles, preferably in a BPO, operations, or service delivery environment.Strong understanding of HR processes, performance management, and employee engagement practices.Ability to interpret people's data and provide insights for decision-making.Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, adaptable, and able to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.Preferred BackgroundMember of a professional HR association Experience supporting multiple business leaders or project teams simultaneously.Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.What We ProvideHugo offers a hybrid work environment that balances employee flexibility with a collegial, fun office culture.
