As we scale, developing our people is central to sustaining growth and building a high-performance culture.Role OverviewThe Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives that enhance employee capabilities and strengthen PalmPay’s talent pipeline. This role is ideal for a motivated professional within financial services, who is passionate about developing people, leveraging technology for learning, and fostering a culture of continuous growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Program Design & DeliveryAssist in assessing learning needs across departments and translating them into effective training programsSupport the design and delivery of learning content (classroom, virtual, e-learning, and blended programs)Facilitate onboarding sessions and recurring training workshops to support employee developmentDevelop and update training materials, manuals, and guides to ensure relevance and alignment with business goalsTraining Administration & CoordinationManage training calendars, logistics, and communicationsCoordinate with external training providers and track service deliveryMaintain learning records, attendance, and completion rates using the Learning Management System (LMS)Evaluation & ReportingCollect participant feedback and measure training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance dataProvide reports and insights on training participation, outcomes, and ROISupport the Talent Development Supervisor in preparing monthly and quarterly L&D reportsEmployee Development SupportContribute to career development programs, mentorship initiatives, and talent pipelinesPromote a culture of self-learning by curating digital resources and encouraging knowledge sharingSupport initiatives around leadership development, compliance training, and soft skills enhancementKey QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field3–5 years of Learning & Development or HR experience, preferably in the financial services or fintech industryHands-on experience with training design, facilitation, and evaluationFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning toolsSkills & CompetenciesStrong facilitation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to translate learning needs into actionable training interventionsAnalytical mindset with experience using data to measure training effectivenessStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in MS Office Suite and comfort with digital learning platformsCollaborative, adaptable, and passionate about people developmentKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)% completion of assigned training programsEmployee satisfaction scores for training sessionsImprovement in post-training assessments or job performanceTraining participation and attendance ratesEfficiency in managing training logistics and reporting timelinesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance bonusHealth and wellness benefitsCareer development opportunities, including certifications and professional trainingA collaborative and innovative work culture in a fast-growing fintechPowered by JazzHRjR8CWCtpbo
