Evident Technology Center Europe GmbH (ETCE), based in Münster, Germany, has been developing and producing intelligent software and hardware solutions for microscopy as a global "Center of Excellence" for over 35 years. Originally, ETCE was part of Olympus Corporation. Olympus spun off the business unit in April 2022 and transferred the business activities of its Scientific Solutions division to the newly founded, independent company Evident.Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Evident employs around 4,500 people at a total of 57 locations worldwide, where it develops, produces and distributes Olympus brand products and is constantly expanding its product portfolio. Evident offers a wide range of microscopy systems for clinical diagnostics, life science research and industrial applications. In addition, Evident develops and produces videoscopes, products for non-destructive material testing and devices for X-ray fluorescence analysis.As HRBP you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the EMEA region, driving the full spectrum of HR activities and ensuring the delivery of effective people solutions aligned with business goals.TasksServes as the first point of contact for managers and employees in the EMEA region, providing guidance on the full range of HR topics.Partners with managers and their teams throughout the employee life cycle, overseeing the development, coordination, and execution of HR processes such as workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and compensation reviews.Provides advice and day-to-day HR support on operational topics (e.g., parental leave,onboarding, new starter introductions), in close collaboration with the HR Coordinator.Supports managers with personnel and organizational matters, including fixed-term contracts, extensions, job postings, and related administrative processes.Acts as the primary contact for external service providers and institutions (e.g., laborlawyers, relocation services, occupational health and safety authorities, immigration offices)Continuously reviews, optimizes, and documents HR processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency while collaborating with key stakeholders.Leads and support regional HR processes such as annual salary and bonus reviews.Oversees HR administrative tasks including preparation of contract documentation,certificates, and special requests.Manages special projects and ad-hoc assignments, contributing to the development and improvement of HR practices across the region.Partners with global and regional HR colleagues to implement strategic HR initiatives across the EMEA region.Maintains constructive and professional collaboration with works councils/unions,where applicable.RequirementsBachelor or Master degree with a focus on human resources management5-7 years of experience as a HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner in an international matrix environmentKnowledge in key HR areas such as Operational HR, Labor Law, Recruiting, Talent & Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits·Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in multiple EMEA countriesDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with managers, employees, and external stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with the ability to balance operational and strategic HR responsibilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English required, additional languages an advantageBenefitsFlexible working hours, incl. mobile work30 days of holiday time each year13 salaries a yearRegular training coursesExtensive company pension schemeJob bikePreventive healthcare, free beverages & fresh fruit and vegetables dailyJoint company events and activitiesInteresting, diversified field of activity in an international working environmentEvident Europe GmbH is an equal opportunities employer and we look forward to receiving your application.
