Your roleWe are looking for an experienced Senior People Operations Manager with strong data affinity and deep expertise in Personio. In this role, you will drive the strategic evolution of our People Ops function, own our HR systems landscape, and build scalable processes that support our company’s growth. You will work as part of the broader People & Organization function of 14, including Talent Acquisition, L&D, People Operations, and Office Management.Drive the strategic development of our People Ops setup in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner Own our HR systems landscape incl.
