Our ClientOur client is a growing organization seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business goals. The role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, supporting HR operations, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee concerns, handling employee relations and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes. You'll manage immigration activities for employees in Singapore, ensuring compliance with local laws. You will also coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.You'll maintain HR data accuracy, assist in HR metrics analysis, and support employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role involves participating in HR projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing insights through data-driven reports. RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and business partnering, with a strong understanding of Singapore employment laws. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office is essential, with experience in HR analytics preferred. The ability to manage confidential information with discretion and work collaboratively with diverse teams is key to success in this role.
