We are seeking a detail oriented HR & Finance Administrator to support our finance and HR functions. This role involves managing accounting tasks, HR documentation, and general office administration to ensure smooth day to day operations.ResponsibilityHandle invoices, expense claims, and payment trackingKeep records organized and deadlines on trackMaintain office supplies and ensure daily operations flow seamlesslyJob postings, interviews, onboarding (whenever required)RequirementMinimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and colleagues.Working knowledge of MS Word and ExcelOffice operating hours are from Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
