This position will be responsible for executing HR Operations, including but not limited to payroll and it’s all aspects, benefits administration, cost arrangement for expatriates and HRIS.QualificationsHR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, with the emphasize of HR operations, payroll, benefits admin and HRIS.Experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits admin and HRISUnderstanding of government regulations related to employment, such as income tax, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.Familiar with Oracle based system would be an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong administration and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with minimum supervision.Enjoy dealing with numbers and are skilled at crunching them.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS excelBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.Experience in the energy or mining sector is an advantage
