We're building futures, unlocking potential, and fueling what's possible — together.Job DescriptionDriven Brand’s Human Resources group is looking for a Driven HR Coordinator who wants to make a difference!Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Operations, this role manages a variety of ServiceNow tickets to address and resolve HR-related requests across the organization efficiently. You will support various HR functions and ensure a positive work environment while collaborating with both management and staff to meet operational needs in a fast-paced service center.How You Will Own ItPartnering with employees and management to support various human resources functions Data Entry included but not limited to inputting new employee records, employee change requests, processing terminations, and other changes requested by management Onboarding new employees, including outreach to managers to assist with Onboarding tasks Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files in accordance with legal requirements Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other related matters Updates all employee changes in all HR systems as requests and approvals come through the HR ticketing system. Performing reporting analysis to audit data and check for accuracy Partnering with HR Service Center Manager, HR Generalists, and other Coordinators on various projects Handle Unemployment Claims, State Separation notifications, and daily audits of data Support HR team with any additional tasks, as needed to facilitate day-to-day HR operations Partnering with HRSC team to handle HR mail including sorting and responding to Verifications of Employment Strategizing ways to improve various HR processes What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Human Resources preferred) 1+ years of Human Resources or Administrative experience preferred Workday, or other HRIS system experience and knowledge preferred ServiceNow experience a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, & creativity to changing needs and situations Team player with ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines Proven strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships in the course of business Strong communication skills and ability to interact successfully in a team environment Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Ability to work hybrid schedule; onsite 3 days a week Applicants for our positions are considered without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, religion, military or veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.#DBCORPGet early access to 50% of your earned wages at any time through our myFlexPay program.
