With full support and training, you'll be involved in a broad range of activities across the HR and employee lifecycle.About FintelAt Fintel, we’re passionate about helping our people thrive. As our HR Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience, supporting our HR operations, and helping us continue to build a people-first culture across the business.Role OverviewYou'll be learning and supporting on all aspects of HR operations. This will entail using our various HR systems and MS Office. You'll be communicating with new joiners, existing colleagues and external stakeholders and so will need to be a confident and clear communicator.What You’ll Be DoingThis is a taster of what you'll be doing:Assisting with onboarding new employees into our business - making sure they have a really positive start to their Fintel careerSupporting with offboarding processes as employees leave the businessPreparing offer letters, contracts and HR documentation with accuracy and careCo-ordinating HR inductions for new starters to help them feel welcomed and informedMaintaining employee records, ensuring data is accurate and kept up to dateSupporting payroll and benefits administration to help ensure smooth monthly processingActing as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing helpful guidance and escalating where neededSupporting HR initiatives around wellbeing, engagement, and cultureWhat We’re Looking ForWe’d love to hear from you if you:Have great attention to detail and pride yourself on accurate workAre organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyEnjoy being helpful and providing a great service to othersHave strong communication skills and enjoy working with peopleHave some experience in administration, ideally within HR — but we’re also open to those looking to step into HR for the first time with the right attitude and willingness to learnExperience using HR systems would be an advantage, but training will be providedYou're curious, hungry to learn and a good listener.
