Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a HR Coordinator, reporting directly to HR Manager to join our team based in Jakarta, Indonesia.About the role:Directly delivers a wide range of activities within HRCommunicates and promotes learning activities to enhance the learning culture.Produces all P&C documentation, letters to support life cycle events from (pre) hire to (post) retire and ensure their record are managedManage Insurance administration (additions/deletions/updates)Manage activities towards local providers and authorities supporting the employee life cycle events Manages and resolve employee inquiries & requests assigned to them, collaborate with other P&C stakeholders if needed Processes all payroll transactions and updates completely, efficiently and timely in line with defined payroll calendars Conducts pre- and post-payroll validations including technical validations as well as validations on entries and processing based on payroll best practices.Ensures data integrity and contribute to sustainable improvement of data qualityAbout you:Professional diploma in the discipline with a fundamental experience or moderate practical experiencePlanning and organizational skillsGood administrative skillsGood communication skillsKnowledge of HR management methods and toolsWhat’s next?At Technip Energies, we prioritize internal applications and provide timely feedback to internal applicants.
