Important note: Urgent HiringLocation: Jember, East JavaIndustry: Tobacco or FMCGEmployment status: 1 year contractWe are looking for an HR Manager for our client, a leading multinational company in the tobacco sector.Qualifications:Fluent in English, 3+ years' experience working in multinational company in tobacco, FMCG or manufacturing industries.10+ years in HR management (generalist), with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a large-scale organization (900+ employees).Proven experience in managing labor union relations and handling collective labor agreements (CLA).Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations practices.Proven track record in building people capability, driving performance culture, and managing transformation. Responsibilities:Partner closely with the General Manager and line managers to implement company values, leadership principles, and performance culture.Lead end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.Oversee industrial relations, ensuring smooth collaboration with labor unions and compliance with Indonesian labor law.Drive People Development and Succession Planning through structured programs and regular People Reviews.Manage payroll and HR administration with accuracy, efficiency, and full legal compliance.Act as a trusted advisor to management in organization development, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
