Job DescriptionLearning & Culture Intern will be responsible for providing an enjoyable learning experience and encouraging employees to understand the company culture and engage with the company's events.Job Description Assist in facilitating onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles Assist in facilitating training sessions, workshops, or seminars utilizing various instructional techniques and formats Organize employee engagement activities, aimed at fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a positive work environment Develop initiatives to reinforce the company's culture, values, and sense of belonging among employees Gather feedback from employees regarding Training, Cultural Programs, and Engagement ActivitiesREQUIREMENT Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or a related field Ability and passionate to generate new ideas and strategies to strengthen the organizational culture Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact across various levels and departments Organizational experience in conducting events and learning programs would be a PLUS Available to do full-time internship for 3 (three) monthsClose Date14-Nov-2025
