Highlights12 months contract3 days on site and 2 from home5+ years of HR experience in a corporate or multinational environmentProven expertise in HR projects, recruitment, training, and employee developmentStrong communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilitiesGerman ( C1) and English ( C1) Experience with Works Council relationsSkilled in promoting culture, engagement, and internal communicationProficient in HRIS / SuccessFactors; willing to travel to Hamburg and other sitesDescriptionAs the HR & Culture Manager, you will oversee HR operations for our German entities while driving initiatives that strengthen our company culture and people development.You’ll serve as the local HR reference, support leaders, and ensure alignment between local practices and the global HR strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main HR contact for employees and managers across multiple sitesLead HR and culture-related projects, from planning to implementationManage recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding — including niche roles (Sales, IT, Quality)Identify and coordinate training and development initiativesGuide managers in performance reviews, career development, and mobilityFoster open communication, employee engagement, and team cohesionBuild trusted relationships with the Works Council and ensure HR compliancePromote company values, collaboration, and a positive workplace cultureIdeal ProfileMaster’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum 5 years of HR experience in a corporate or industrial environmentExpertise in HR development, project management, and employee engagementExcellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsFluent in German and English, able to operate across cultural boundariesProactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesKnowledge of SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a plus
