Additionally, INBOKS organizes various corporate events such as team-building activities and themed one-day events, and offers services including organizational capacity assessment, employee satisfaction surveys, HR system development, recruitment support, headhunting, strategic planning, and job search assistance.On behalf of our client, a well-established company, we are announcing an open position for:We are seeking a native German-speaking HR Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join the team of our clients.In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing payroll processes, ensuringaccuracy and compliance with all legal requirements and company policies. This positioncan be tailored to your needs, offering either full-time or part-time (minimum 20hours/week) options. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 daysspent in our office in Osnabrück and the remainder of the time working remotely.Key Responsibilities:● Independently manage and execute payroll processes accurately and on time for allemployees.● Administer personnel changes such as new hires, terminations, and contractadjustments, ensuring all changes are reflected in the payroll system.● Provide expert guidance to employees and departments on tax and social securitymatters, maintaining compliance with German regulations.● Serve as a liaison with government authorities to address inquiries and ensureadherence to legal standards.● Prepare detailed payroll reports and analyses to support HR and financialdecision-making processes.Your Profile:● Native-level proficiency in German: Fluent in both spoken and written German tofacilitate effective communication regarding payroll matters.● Strong knowledge of payroll regulations: Familiarity with German payroll laws andsocial security contributions to ensure compliance and accuracy in processing.● Experience with payroll systems: Proficient in SAP HR or similar systems tomanage payroll efficiently.● Organizational skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational andcommunication skills, enabling you to handle multiple tasks effectively.What they Offer:● Salary: A competitive gross annual salary of up to €44,000 for full-time positions.part-time salaries will be prorated based on hours worked.● Flexible working hours: Work Monday to Friday within regular business hours, withsome flexibility regarding specific times to be discussed during the interview.● Performance bonus: Opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus.● Hybrid work model: Enjoy a mix of office-based and remote work, enhancing yourwork-life balance.● Additional benefits: Enjoy discounts on public transportation, bicycle leasingoptions, a membership with Urban Sports Club for fitness activities, and a 20%employer contribution to your pension plan, along with exclusive employee discountsat various retailers.Join them in this exciting role where you can contribute to their payroll operations in a dynamicand supportive environment.
