We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Malaysia team. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment across all functions while supporting employee engagement and employer branding initiatives. If you enjoy a dynamic role that blends talent acquisition with culture-building, this could be the perfect fit for you!What You'll DoRecruitmentManage full-cycle recruitment for Malaysia across all functions — from job scoping to onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.Source, screen, and assess candidates through creative channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals).Conduct interviews, schedule assessments, and manage feedback loops.Maintain strong candidate pipeline visibility using the ATS system.Prepare and track recruitment analytics and hiring progress reports.Collaborate with regional HR on urgent or shared hiring projects when needed.Employee Engagement & Employer BrandingCo-plan and execute internal engagement programs that enhance culture, belonging, and recognition.Partner with the HR team to organize wellness, celebration, and social activities.Support the creation and execution of content for Careers and Employer Branding social channels (Instagram, XHS).Work with creative teams to produce visuals, captions, and short videos that reflect our company culture and EVP.Collect feedback and insights from engagement activities to improve future initiatives.Who You AreBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or any related field.Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship/working experience are encouraged to apply.Strong interpersonal skills — approachable, collaborative, and positive.Passionate about HR, recruitment, and people engagement.Creative and curious about social media trends and employer branding content.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.Why You'll Love ItCompetitive SalaryPerformance Review (twice a year)Yearly Performance BonusAnnual MVP AwardsWork in a professional, active, international, and dynamic environmentGood chance to explore new trends in the digital market
