We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Finance Operations Specialist to support budgeting, payments, and reporting processes across our HR function.Job DescriptionProcessing HR-related payments in 1C;Collecting and verifying primary data for reporting;Preparing monthly plan vs. actual analysis within the area of responsibility;Participating in quarterly budgeting preparation;Supporting the calculation and monitoring of the HR budget (20+ departments, 20+ expense categories);Preparing forecasts and analytics for monthly reports;Automating spreadsheets and improving calculation processes;Collaborating with the Finance and HR teams to align payments and optimize expenses. QualificationsExperience in financial planning or budgeting (experience in the HR domain will be an advantage);Proficient user of Excel and financial systems;Hands-on experience with 1C / 1C ZUP;Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large datasets;Experience with HR systems (e.g. HiBob is a plus).
