Join us as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in grocery delivery and community support.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Manager of HR Generalists to lead and develop a dedicated team responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality HR support across our organization. In this role, you will establish and refine HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will serve as a key collaborator with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders to drive organizational performance and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Your expertise in employee relations, process improvement, and team leadership will be crucial in managing a matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring operational excellence.
