Your role will include:HR Business Partnering & AdviceCoaching and guiding managers on performance, conduct, and ER mattersSupporting organisational development and workforce planningHelping shape and communicate HR policiesEnsuring fair, consistent, and well-documented employee relations supportEmployee Experience & CultureSupporting engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planningChampioning inclusion, wellbeing, and recognition programsReviewing employee feedback and turnover trendsSupporting change and cultural communication initiativesPerformance, Learning & DevelopmentHelping roll out performance frameworksSupporting managers with improvement plans and development pathwaysAssisting in identifying training needs and coordinating L&D activitiesHR Operations, Payroll & BenefitsEnsuring smooth, compliant day-to-day HR processesMaintaining HR systems, data integrity, and reportingSupporting payroll and benefits administration when neededAssisting with benefit renewals, employee enrolments, and communicationStaying up to date with employment law and advising managers accordinglyProjects & Continuous ImprovementSupporting policy reviews, HR system enhancements, and engagement frameworksIdentifying opportunities to streamline HR processesContributing to best-practice HR documentation and standardsWhat You’ll Bring3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR roleStrong HR knowledge across ER, performance, operations, and complianceExperience supporting UK teams (European exposure is a bonus!)Confident communication skills and the ability to coach managersA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetCIPD Level 3 (Level 5 desirable)Above all: a warm, collaborative personality that fits a supportive HR teamA Workplace That Values Everyone The organisation is deeply committed to inclusivity and diversity.
