If this inspires you and you share our values, we really want you to join our team.The role involves providing HR advice to line managers on a wide range of matters through the application of Trust policies, interpretation of UK employment law and best practices across all levels of staff. You can expect to be managing a caseload of employee relations cases, primarily focusing on attendance management and probationary support.You will be highly professional, and a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ideally you will have experience working in a contact centre environment as you will be expected to have the ability to autonomously deliver positive outcomes and prioritise competing demands with a complex and challenging workload.You will play a key role in championing the NNUH People Promise and our PRIDE values.Whilst this role can be worked on a hybrid basis, there is an expectation that the team attend work at the HR Operations office in the Norwich city centre, and applicants must be available to attend the main hospital site at short notice (sometimes within the same working day).
