Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.Make a real impactWe’re looking for graduates or early-stage professionals to join our high-performing HR Managed Services team.The work is conducted in-person from the client's premises located in the center of Athens.Complete general HR administrative tasksKeep employee records up-to-date according to policy and legal requirementsMaintain data in ERGANI system and in client’s databaseMonitor and verify daily attendance records (working hours, leaves, absences)Maintain and update the Time & Attendance system in line with company policies and legal requirementsCollaborate with team leaders to resolve discrepancies or missing dataGenerate monthly control and statistical reports for the HR department, highlighting trends and key metricsPrepare and submit monthly reports for payroll processingProvide support to employees regarding timekeeping and leave-related inquiriesKeep employee records up-to-date according to policy and legal requirementsActing as the point of contact for all employment and working time-related mattersWhat You Bring MattersDegree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering and/or other related disciplines Experience in HR Administrator role is preferredIndependent user of English language Excellent use of MS Office toolsProven excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support employees with clarity and professionalismAbility and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines A high level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAYYour skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
