This is an exciting opportunity where your ideas will be welcomed, and your contributions will make a real difference!What you'll do:As a Learning & Development Intern, you will dive into various projects that aim to boost our employees' capabilities. You'll help design and implement training programs, assist in organizing workshops, and gather feedback to help us improve our learning initiatives. Plus, you'll get hands-on experience with learning management systems and contribute to creating an engaging onboarding experience for new hires!Key Responsibilities:Creation of educational microlearning materials mainly video-based + quizzes, utilizing L&D tools (synthesia, AI tools, canvas, etc.) Management of the RISE Learning Management System (assigning courses to users, creating courses and learning paths, monitoring employees' feedback, responding to requests, etc.) always in collaboration with the teamOrganization and categorization of content (tags, topics, skill levels) Support in the mass transfer of material to the central LMSCreation or optimization of course titles, descriptions and thumbnails Collaboration with the L&D team to define the structure of the libraryCommunication with training institutionsStudent profile: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related fieldA passion for learning and development, with a keenness to support others in their growth!A friendly demeanor with good communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with online learning platforms is a bonusKeen on graphic design toolsAbout UsAt ALUMIL we are building excellence every day.Alumil has more than 30 years of experience in the production of architectural aluminium systems and 3.000 employees.
