Our CompanyBioTuring is an innovative bioinformatics company that develops algorithms, and agentic AI software to serve scientists from hundreds of pharmaceutical companies and leading research institutions, enabling discoveries about human diseases.Role DescriptionAs an HR Intern, you will support day-to-day administrative operations of the HR team, contributing across key functions such as Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications.ResponsibilitiesEmployer Branding:Coordinate in organising office tours, and company outreach events at universities, including consolidating interview feedback forms.Coordinate with the social media and marketing team to build and maintain the Company’s social media presences. Onboarding: Assist the IT team to deliver the laptops and related devices to new hires. Implement all continuous communication to new hires, including sending the mentor and buddy announcements, distributing goal-setting reminders, and ensuring attendance at mandatory training.Coordinate logistics and communication with internal trainers to ensure the smooth delivery of mandatory training programs.Track mandatory training checklists, send and monitor onboarding checklists, internship & probation review reminders, collect probation review results, assist with probation review scheduling.L&D & Internal Communications:Source and assist with the selection of suitable vendors and freelancer trainers for both on-site and online classroom training.Administer contracts and related paperwork for training vendors and freelancers.Provide support in drafting and updating internal communications, including training and social event announcements, and essential HR-related emails. Assist with organizing employee engagement activities, training events and internal communications initiatives.Contribute to the creation of educational materials and resources for the mandatory & L&D trainings.RequirementFinal year student or a fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Ability to work full-time and on-site for a 6-month internship.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Customer service mindset and high degree of adaptability. Prior 1 year experience in HR operations (internship) or a similar administrative role is a plus, but not required.Notes: This internship does not guarantee conversion to a full-time position upon completion, as future employment is dependent on the company's workforce planning.
