Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.  An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Human Resources Intern to join our luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to support our HR team with administrative tasks and processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a fast-paced, international environment. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.Your ImpactManage time records, work certificates, attestations, and leaver reports.Prepare induction packs, distribute documents, and handle administrative tasks like business cards, work permits, and parking contracts.Help maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Contribute to the creation and delivery of internal communication materials, such as newsletters, announcements, or presentations.Collaborate on engagement initiatives, such as employee events, surveys, or recognition programs.Assist in the coordination of training and development activities, including scheduling and feedback collection.Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings.Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.Your Journey so farA must to be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.Degree or Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.Fluent in English (written and spoken) & in French (written and spoken) and other languages is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus.Your EssentialsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about HR functions in a global organization.Passionate about luxury hospitality and creating exceptional employee experiences.      Our commitmentWe are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.
