Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:HR Business PartnerYour Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: on siteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.You will be mainly accountable for:Conduct process mapping of key Human Resources functions (recruitment, training, payroll, personnel administration, etc.).Document procedures and prepare manuals and flowcharts.Identify improvement opportunities and propose process standardization initiatives.Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (automation, digitalization, performance indicators).Assist in the design and monitoring of HR KPIs.Provide support to the HR team on special organizational transformation projects.Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)Active student in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.Strong interest in processes, change management, and continuous improvement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or similar) is a plus.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proactive, organized, and a team playerWe value people from different backgrounds.
