As a Microsoft Data & AI Partner, Durapid helps enterprises in India, the Middle East, and North America leverage technology for real business impact.We are looking for a proactive HR professional who can manage both HR Operations and Recruitment, ensuring smooth processes and an engaging work culture in a rapidly scaling technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end hiring for tech, sales, and business functions — from sourcing and screening to onboarding. Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exit processes with professionalism and empathy. HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Engagement & Culture: Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and fun team-building activities. Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with management to align HR practices with business goals and support organizational development. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 2–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in a technology or startup environment. Good knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and build strong working relationships across all levels.
