A friendly bunch, we take a holistic approach, blending wellbeing and mental health, personal aims, and business targets to get the best performance from everyone.Position: HR & Office Administrator (part-time)Location: London / HybridContract: Part-time (2 days/14 hours a week per week)Salary: £35,000–£40,000 FTE (equivalent to £14,000–£16,000 per annum pro rata)OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic and confident HR & Office Administrator. You’ve gained 3+ years HR experience, building and running the people, payroll and office processes that make organisations work. Our ideal candidate will thrive in the detail, ensuring compliance, accuracy and smooth day-to-day operations. We’re a close-knit team and you’ll be working closely with people from across the agency including the senior management. In turn you’ll not only have everyone’s support in doing a brilliant job, but also the support of external HR legal specialists where needed for more complex employment matters.Key responsibilitiesHR and People Administration·     Draft and issue employment contracts, change letters, and other HR documentation.·     Manage and coordinate recruitment processes.·     Oversee end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding.·     Maintain and update employee records on all necessary systems.·     Coordinate monthly payroll processing, including data input, checks, and approvals.·     Administer employee benefits and manage renewals (life insurance, income protection, PMI).·     Maintain and update all company HR policies and ensure compliance with current employment legislation.·     Support company staff events (e.g. summer and Christmas gatherings).Office and Systems Management·     Oversee IT and equipment allocation during onboarding and offboarding.·     Manage access to the office, systems, platforms, and any required supplies.·     Ensure company policies and compliance documents are up to date.·     Act as the first point of contact for general office queries and day-to-day support.About you·     Proven experience in HR administration (3+ years) and office management, ideally within an SME or creative environment.·     Confident working independently, managing priorities, and maintaining confidentiality.·     Strong attention to detail and understanding of HR systems (e.g. BreatheHR, Moorepay or similar).·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·     Comfortable working flexibly across both HR and administrative areas.·     Awareness of when to seek specialist HR legal input to ensure best practice and compliance.What you'll get·      25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rated for part-time roles)·      An extra day off for your birthday·      Automatic enrolment into our Group Income Protection and Life Assurance schemes via YuLife·      Private medical insurance·      Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)·      Eyecare vouchers·      Pension scheme with employer contribution·      Salary sacrifice scheme (Cycle to Work)·      Regular social events·      Hybrid working modelOur valuesMore than duties and targets it’s about HOW you go about your days at 7C3.
