About the Role:The HR Operations Manager for the Southeast Asia (SEA) Cluster is responsible for coordinating day-to-day HR administration activities and ensuring the efficient execution of payroll and benefits administration, in compliance with legal requirements and Ferrero Group guidelines.Main Responsibilities:Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, social contributions, pension plans, health insurance, and taxesCoordinate with the Finance Department for proper accounting of payroll costs and fulfillment of tax and social security obligationsSupport leave management and attendance tracking. Manage attendance monitoring systems (absence, sickness, vacations) and related salary calculationsManage disciplinary actions, dismissals, and resignationsMaintain relationships with local authorities and insurance agencies, ensuring employee information is up to dateOversee onboarding, offboarding, and immigration processes. Assist new employees with onboarding and relocation mattersCoordinate expatriate services (housing, schooling, shipment) and liaise with relocation vendorsEnsure compliance of contracts with Group and local policies and legal requirementsServe as a point of contact for legal and fiscal issues, managing relationships with external tax advisorsLead activities for internal and external auditsContribute to the definition and implementation of HR policies and benefit programsImplement and enhance special HR projects (e.g., “Ways of Working Policy”, “Flexible Benefit”)Manage timely and accurate data in SAP HR for organization management, payroll, contracts, hiring, and employee master dataImplement and monitor benefits programs, including medical coverage, life insurance, disability, pension plans, and flexible benefitsProvide reports and analysis on personnel and salariesManage HR-related expenses, including PR/PO processing and invoicingAbout You:University degree in Human Resources or a related fieldRelevant experience in payroll management and HR administration.
