About This OpportunityMain ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentPrepare and issue the advertisementsCollect CVs and conduct the first screeningPrepare the assessment testsConduct the initial interview for junior positions.Arrange the interviews with the managers upon agreementUpon selection prepare the relevant job offerTraining & Development Collect the company training needs when finalizedOrganize and administer the company training sessions with external trainersEnsure compliance with respective regulatory procedures for training cost reimbursementFollow up with Labor Authorities regarding the reimbursementAdminister the inter-company training and the respective regulatory procedures for cost reimbursementHR Support Provide HR advice and support employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective mannerAssist in the development of human resources’ procedures / policies and support the employees in the compliance of the codes.Insert and update data in the ERP system for maintaining accurate records in compliance with the central standards.Organize and maintain the department personnel files, ensuring full accuracy and confidentialityCompile, elaborate the elements for the monthly reports and submit them
