Job DescriptionThe Recruiter is responsible for delivering facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the implement of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.What You Will Do: Develop and execute recruiting plans. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives. Administrative duties and recordkeeping. What You Will Need:Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or another related field required. At least three years of relevant recruiting experience. Expeience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with Oracle or Taleo preferred. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Exceptional interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to meet deadlines simultaneously. High self-motivation and ability to work in a fast paced, results focused, collaborative environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong PC skills. Obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
