The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MOM regulations, CPF/IRAS submissions, with hands-on experience in work pass management and employee lifecycle processes.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Compliance:Manage all MOM-related activities including EP, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota management.Ensure compliance with MOM employment mandates, including TAFEP and TADM guidelines.Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with Singapore employment laws.Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other government agencies as required.Stay updated with HR regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant with statutory requirements.Payroll & Vendor Management:Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with external payroll vendors for accurate and timely salary processing.Handle statutory contributions such as CPF, SDL, SHG funds, and IRAS submissions (IR8A, AIS).Reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy in employee data.Manage HR-related vendor relationships (e.g., recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers).Employee Lifecycle Management:Manage end-to-end onboarding (offer letters, work pass applications, induction) and offboarding (exit formalities, work pass cancellations, clearance).Support HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and termination notices.Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Finance, and Operations teams for new hires and exits.HR Administration & Reporting:Maintain and update employee HRIS records.Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.Support internal and external HR audits.Requirements:At least 1 – 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.MOM management (EP, S Pass, WP handling)CPF and IRAS submissionsTAFEP and TADM policy knowledgePayroll input management and vendor coordinationEmployee onboarding and exit processesStrong understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.Nice to Have:Experience with immigration-related processes (Dependent Pass, LTVP, etc.).Exposure to regional HR practices or multinational setups.
