This role involves active participation in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR project initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of service. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization’s HR strategies, enhance employee experience, and support organizational goals through effective HR practices.QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).1–3 years of HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions.Working knowledge of general HR practices and employment law basics.Experience with HR systems, preferably Paylocity HRIS, is a plus.Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate job postings, conduct background checks, and facilitate offers of employment.Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing candidate updates.Manage new hire paperwork and coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and documentation completion.Maintain employee records accurately within the HRIS, ensuring compliance and confidentiality standards are met.Generate HR reports, assist with data analysis, and support audits and compliance activities.Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and open enrollment periods.Support payroll data preparation and ensure timely processing.Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, providing accurate and prompt responses to foster positive employee relations.Help maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in accordance with legal requirements and organizational standards.Assist with HR audits, compliance reporting, and internal controls to ensure regulatory adherence.Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and cross-departmental initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.Support employee engagement, recognition programs, and culture-building activities to promote a positive work environment.Ensure all documentation related to HR processes and procedures is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.Participate in required training, including BSA compliance, and adhere to security protocols applicable to the role.Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational HR functions.BenefitsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Flexible remote work environment with potential for occasional travel.Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Paid time off and holiday leave.Employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives.Inclusive and supportive workplace culture.Equal OpportunityOur organization is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
