Your voice matters, your growth is prioritized, and your success is celebrated.Position SummaryThe HR Senior Coordinator plays a key role in the efficient and consistent delivery of HR letter generation processes. This role is responsible for providing support for process transitions, overseeing processes with global scope, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures timely, accurate, and standardized letter creation while supporting knowledge management, onboarding, and operational excellence. This position collaborates closely with the HR Supervisor and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.ResponsibilitiesProcess ManagementEnsure the timely and accurate creation of HR letters in alignment with internal SLAs and quality standards.Maintain consistency across letter templates and related processes.Work with internal partners to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.Transition ManagementSupport project transition activities with proper documentationPrepare the information needed for regular cadence meetings with stakeholders and process ownerRecommend optimization of the transitioned activities as necessaryReporting & Stakeholder CommunicationPrepare and submit weekly and/or monthly report to stakeholders and ad-hoc report requests as needed by the business.Compliance audit report or Ad-hoc report as needed by the business.Resolve and/or escalate complex cases to process owners when needed.Process Improvement InitiativeSupport processes improvement projects within team’s scope as assignedPro-active participation in HR Letters-related events or activitiesSupport the creation and update of work instructions, training plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive scalability and future growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.3-4 years’ experience in HR Letters processing or similar administrative HR support roleProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS is a plus but not required.Familiarity with HR ticketing tools and adherence to SLAs for service delivery.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Experience in handling global HR operations.High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand and changing environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain productivity under pressure.Effective verbal and written communication skills in EnglishDemonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Experience in transition or project management is nice to have but not required.Willing to work on shifting schedule.Willing to work in Mandulyong City.Willing to work on Ph holiday.The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
