该职位来源于猎聘 主要任务The main missions of the role are: - 协助MOD招聘:协助完成MOD的面试,员工面试信息录入及维护。 Assist in MOD recruitment: assist in completing MOD interviews, input and maintenance of interview information for employees 员工信息维护:员工离职管理,员工异动管理,员工档案管理。 Employee Information Maintenance: Employee Separation Management, Employee Alteration Management, Employee File Management 负责人工成本预算、分析、月度报告; Be responsible for labour cost budget, analysis and monthly report. 每月薪资和福利的计算和管理; Calculate payroll and management process. -人力资源部报表数据维护。 Data Maintenance of Human Resources Department Statements.资格要求Qualifications : -教育背景/Education本科学历及以上;Bachelor Degree. -经验/ Experience:至少3年有关行政工作经验At least 3 years of administrative experience技术和能力/ Skills and competencies: 积极主动,工作认真负责 Active, conscientious and responsible 注重和关注细节 Tenacity and focus on details 能够在矩阵式组织结构和高压下工作 Ability to work in a matrix organization under pressure熟悉并掌握IATF16949相关培训课程 Familiar with and master IATF16949 related training course -语言能力/Language: 良好的英语读写技能 Good English reading and written Skill -能够遵守公司的道德规范、管理规范以及行为准则的相关要求。 To comply with the company's code of ethics, the requirements of the relevant management regulations and code of conduct. 能够遵守佛吉亚10个环境要求及ISO14001的相关环境要求。 To comply with Faurecia 10 Environmental Attitudes & relative environment requirements of ISO14001.
