该职位来源于猎聘 About The Role -To develop and successfully implement Retail and Leadership learning and development initiatives which are strategically aligned with the Company Vision & Values and Leadership Competencies and the China Business Plan. Support the development of the LCA curriculum in China, ensuring alignment with Head Office, to drive desired cultural profile and service standards of the company.” What You Will DoTo develop the Mainland China training plan and support individual store and office training activities as required to meet business needs. -To determine how to share best practice and roll out Mainland China wide initiatives -To plan, organize and manage assigned training activities and projects, within budget, ensuring regular feedback and updates to key stakeholders as required. -To create effective business partnerships with the Business Heads and Head Office which stimulates transfer of training, return on training investment and improves overall competence of staff. -To make recommendations for changes and develop a process of continuous improvement based on business needs. -To ensure that product knowledge training at Mainland China and local level is supported appropriately to ensure best learner experiences. -To build strong relationships and facilitate an open working relationship across Mainland China to ensure that training initiatives are fully supported to achieve agreed objectives. Who You AreBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline -Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in managerial role, preferably in retail or luxury industry -Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership and retail training programs, with measurable business impact -Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences -Excellent stakeholder management and business partnership skills; able to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions and regions -Fluent in English (spoken and written) -Passionate about people development and continuous learning, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
