VP, Organizational Development

We are partnering with a conglomerate company in China on their OD VP search assignment.This is a critical role in the senior leadership team, reporting directly to Chairman, responsible for organizational structure design, optimizing the group's organizational structure and promoting the implementation and execution of projects related to organizational development.Ideal candidate will require sufficient senior leadership experience in organizational development with successful record in change management working for a large-sized group company. Working experience in a domestic Chinese company is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, confident and adaptable to diversified cultures are essential to the success of this role.
