Job Req Number: 103167Time Type: Full TimePLEASE REMEMBER TO CLICK "APPLY" BUTTON AFTER SAVING YOUR PROFILE TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION PROCESS.Your responsibilities:Co-create, implement, and coordinate development initiatives based on defined business objectives and organizational needs.Analyze data and prepare project materials, including presentations, statistics, reports, and recommendations supporting development priorities.Evaluate and optimize development activities using data, KPIs, and participant feedback, and implement improvements to increase program effectiveness.Coordinate periodic review processes, prepare reports, oversee tools, and ensure smooth execution of quarterly and annual reviews.Organize and administrate language courses- communicate with participants and providers, monitor attendance, and ensure quality of delivered courses.Manage and create materials for the e-learning platform- prepare activity reports, update content, and co-develop e-learning courses.Collaborate closely with business units at various organizational levels to identify development needs and recommend tailored L&D solutions.Organize and coordinate internal and external training sessions, including independently delivering selected trainings.Manage relationships with external vendors, liaise with training companies and trainers, negotiate terms, and explore new partnerships.Our requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international organization and/or shared services center.Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2)- presentations and trainings are conducted in both Polish and English.Experience in creating career paths and development programs.Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, adapt quickly to new situations, and resolve challenges while working on multiple projects and shifting deadlines.Strong communication skills, proactive approach, and willingness to propose new solutions.Nice to HaveExperience delivering internal trainings.Knowledge of the DISC tool.What We OfferEmployment based on an employment contract, along with a comprehensive benefits package Training and development programs, as well as access to an e-learning platform Onboarding program with the support of a dedicated Buddy Participation in an annual, company-wide integration event A work environment based on Scandinavian organizational culture Opportunities for growth through our internal program Benefitssharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes sharing the costs of professional training & courses life insurance integration events corporate gym corporate sports team coffee / tea parking space for employees extra social benefits holiday funds christmas gifts employee referral program charity initiatives bicycle parking modern and ergonomic office yoga in the office DSV – Global transport and logisticsWorking at DSV means playing in a different league.As a global leader in transport and logistics, we have been on an extraordinary journey of growth.
