We are currently looking for entrepreneurial people who want to grow and share in the profits of our success.We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to support our teams in Poland and Ireland. As a trusted advisor, the HRBP will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, acting as a consultant on HR-related issues. Your tasks and responsibilities:Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a key advisor to leaders and managers in Poland and Ireland on all people-related matters, aligning HR strategy with business goals.Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.HR Operations: Oversee the execution of core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, compensation review, and policy adherence, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global standards.Organizational Development: Support change management initiatives and organizational design strategies to enhance team effectiveness and employee engagement.Cross-Cultural Expertise: Provide insights and guidance on local employment practices in both Poland and Ireland.Payroll Coordination: Support payroll processes in both Poland and Ireland. Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs, monitor compliance with statutory requirements, and handle employee payroll-related queriesYour skills and experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role supporting international teams.In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in both Poland and Ireland.Proven experience managing HR issues in complex, matrixed organizations.Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and build strong cross-functional relationships.Fluent in English; fluency in German or French would be an assetWhat we offer:Private health care and travel insuranceLife insuranceCafeteria Platform and sports packageCompany Pension Benefits – Employee Savings PlanAttractive Employee Referral Bonus ProgramAdditional day off for charityHoliday subsidy („wczasy pod gruszą”)Internal German language lessonsPossibility of working from homeThe recruiting entity here is Universal-Investment-Gesellschaft mbH
