Become part of this world and make a difference with us.https://www.weareams.com/The Role:We are currently looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our new team dedicated to finding top talents.As Recruiter with English, you will support our Client, a renowned global financial services organization, as part of their transformation project. You will drive the recruiting strategy and achieve the team’s recruitment goals, support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met and value is generated for AMS. The goal is to build excellent relationship with the client in order to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to resourcing is adopted.Things you will do:Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders. Independently execute the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process, and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and metLead discussions on attraction strategies, working with Sourcing and hiring managers to correctly identify the approach based on market and hiring demands.Take full ownership over an end-to-end process to ensure service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreementsMonitor funnel metrics in partnership with Sourcing Partner to ensure bottlenecks are identified and addressed ahead of timeCollaborate on the iterative process of narrowing down high-quality candidates and jointly review the shortlist with the hiring managerCollaborate effectively with relevant teams, such as Sourcing and Administration, to ensure a smooth client and candidate experienceCreate and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers/stakeholders.Providing counsel to HMs, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and metAnticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgment to escalate appropriately.Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievableEnsure high level of data integrity and reporting accuracy across all used ATS and CRM systemsYou’ll need to demonstrate:Proven experience in autonomously managing end-to-end recruitment processesExperience recruiting within financial services, with an understanding of the sector’s pace, compliance requirements, and talent expectations, would be a strong asset.Demonstrable ability to build strong relationship, build a position as a trusted advisor, engage and influence senior and challenging stakeholders towards a course of actionExperience in working in a client-facing position with excellent stakeholder management orientation, including ability to lead a demanding client and internal stakeholders at various management levelsHigh level of proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and various ATS systems.
