Job Description

Your responsibilitiesPreparing and maintaining employment documentation for technicians (contracts, annexes, certificates, statements).Collecting, scanning and archiving employee files and forwarding complete sets to accounting.Generating invoices based on provided calculations.Booking flights, trains, buses, hotels and rental cars (together with or as backup for our travel coordinator).Supporting cash and card expense settlements (entering data into spreadsheets, scanning receipts).Creating simple reports and summaries for the management team as needed.Providing general administrative support within the office.Our requirementsVery good English (spoken and written) – daily communication within the group.Good command of Excel.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good organisation.Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle changing priorities.Additional languages (Spanish, German or Croatian) are a plus.Experience in office / HR / administration work will be an asset.What we offerEmployment contract (umowa o pracę).Private healthcare.
