This includes communicating and executing the plan with all stakeholders and tracking its execution. The role requires a strong understanding and experience in Agile methodology, proficiency in JIRA, excellent digital product management and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsJob PurposeThe role is a key liaison and change agent between GBS Excellence Capability Center and the Service Lines (e.g. P&ED or Finance Solutions).The incumbent is responsible to establish and oversee the implementation of a roadmap, aimed at deployment and integration of the products and capabilities of GBS Excellence Capability Center capabilities, including: Business Process Management (BPM), Service Transitions, Performance Management, CSAT and Customer Listening, Service Management, Service Catalogue, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence & Automation (PEXA), Digital Adoption, AI & Knowledge, Process Mining and Capability BuildingWho Are We Looking ForManagement of Excellence Capability Center roadmap for the supported function: Build effective customer engagement with the leadership and delivery lines of the respective function. Understand the functional OGSMs, establish and drive the implementation of the roadmap of supporting Service Line's OGSMs through Excellence Capability Center infrastructure. Align the performance and service management practices of the service lines with GBS roadmap, catalyzing effective collaboration on all levels between the delivery and the enabling teamsRepresent function / Service Line views in the Deployment and Change Management Plans of Excellence Capability Center products: Key contributor to the definition, design and development of the Excellence Capability Center frameworks and tools, such as Service Catalogue, Service Performance Measurement, Service and Process Governance, Employee Listening activities (Customer Satisfaction, and Voice of Partner), Call Backs, Incidents and Continuous Improvements, etc. Proactively develop product improvement proposals, based on needs and requirements of the service lines.Deployment and Change Management of Excellence Capability Center products: Accountable for effective deployment and change management of Service Management and OPEX frameworks and tools into the function, leveraging GBS program team support. Effectively manage risks and issues associated with the completion and progress of the functional roadmap, escalate to GBS governance board in timely and precise mannerCollection and prioritization of functional business requirements with regards to Excellence Capability Center products: Gather business requirements and functional context feeding into design and development of frameworks and tools. Effectively prioritizes the functional requirements together with the Service Experience Managers of other functions, and respective capability leads in GBS.HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?Minimal requirement is Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Human Resource or related fieldPrior experience in global Service Management / OPEX / Functional SSC Delivery role, at managerial level.Effective challenger and change agentStrong communication skills (verbal and written/visual): able to create and deliver compelling presentations; storytelling through data to drive decision makingStrong Project and Process Management (Define, Assess and Monitor) SkillsBusiness Acumen: ability to understand business context and translate into solutionsContinuous improvement mindset, innovative, analytical thinker and problem solverMaster’s Degree or MBA is strongly preferredLEAN SIX SIGMA Training or certification is a strong advantage.CHANGE MANAGEMENT certification (e.g. PROSCI) is an advantage16981
