We are active in our communities, driving and supporting social initiatives that benefit children, women and the environment.Job DescriptionAbout the jobThis role assists with system implementation, troubleshooting, reporting, and training to optimise HR solutions and improve user experience across the organisation.Your assignmentAdvise and maintain HRIS systems by identifying issues, troubleshooting errors, and providing solutions to problems escalated by users.Develop and maintain HR system user guides, SOPs, training materials and conducting HR systems related trainings.Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into workforce trends, turnover, and other key HR metrics.Participate in assigned HR projects effectively & efficiently and support the implementation, enhancement of HRIS modules, platforms, and configurations.Support the updating and maintenance of the Ikano Retail organisation chart to accurately reflect structural changes.Assist in keeping HR content on Ikano One’s Co-worker Hub accurate and accessible.QualificationsYour profileYou have at least 3 - 4 years’ experience with HRIS systems preferably in SAP SuccessFactors.You are proficient in HR relates processes, practices, reporting and dashboard analytics.You have a strong desire for continuous improvement and enjoy working in an ever-changing, vibrant and multi-dimensional environment.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skill - someone who is ever ready to engage, listen and the ability to influence.You are innovative and willing to challenge common ways of thinking while applying relevant HR solutions to business needs.Additional InformationPlease apply by 31 October 2025
