This role is responsible for evaluating salary structures, aligning workforce needs with cost management strategies, and ensuring that all policies, procedures, and programs support both the organization’s strategic goals and HR priorities.Conducts competitive analysis of compensation and benefits packages to inform policy development and ensure market alignment.Designs and oversees policies, procedures, and payroll interfaces to maintain compliance and uphold data integrity.Manages third-party HR vendor relationships, ensuring service quality and adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.Leads a team of reward and benefits professionals in the development, implementation, and coordination of compensation and benefits programs.Evaluates and recommends enhancements to benefits programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.Reviews benefits plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Oversees vendor performance through regular reporting, review meetings, and compliance monitoring.Coordinates the preparation and maintenance of benefit plan documents and summary plan descriptions.Participates in the budgeting process for benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strategic alignment.Develops clear and effective communication materials related to compensation, including policies, guidelines, and presentations.Interprets and applies local, state, and federal laws governing compensation practices, updating company policies to maintain legal compliance.Ensures accurate data collection, analysis, and maintenance of employee records.Leads the procurement and administration of the organization’s compensation management system.Analyzes market trends and benchmarking data to refine compensation structures and strategies.Provides expert consultation and mentorship to HR partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including market analysis and presentation development.Supports compensation program integration and transition activities related to mergers and acquisitions.Drives continuous improvement initiatives in compensation processes and systems.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
